I am a lawyer and have worked in a medium-sized law firm and an international recruitment consultancy. Both together created the basis for Jurconsult. I co-founded our specialized personnel consultancy in 2009 and am now the sole partner and managing director. Supporting partners, teams and individuals in their career moves, advising clients on strategic HR issues and finding tailor-made solutions: That’s what I’m passionate about. As a sparring partner for HR managers and candidates of all seniorities, I bring many years of experience and in-depth market knowledge to the table. Above all, however, I am interested in a personal, honest and trusting exchange. Because that is the most sustainable path to mutual success.
